Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThinkLodge platform operated by ThinkLodge LLC ("ThinkLodge," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

The ThinkLodge platform is provided to homeowners with active service warranty coverage and to authorized service warranty professionals — Service Representatives, Trade Partners, and Service Technicians. Professional accounts are issued by an authorized administrator. Homeowner accounts are established when a service warranty request is initiated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — homeowners submitting and tracking service warranty requests, and professionals managing Homeowner Requests and the Work Items performed under them. You will not use the platform to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.

SMS Program Terms

By opting in to ThinkLodge SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional text messages from ThinkLodge at the mobile number you provide. Message types include account activity alerts, order and service confirmations, status updates, and account security notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START, or sign up again through thinklodge.com.

ThinkLodge reserves the right to change or terminate the SMS program at any time. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The ThinkLodge platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by ThinkLodge LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkLodge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
