ThinkLodge LLC ("ThinkLodge," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to thinklodge.com and the ThinkLodge platform at app.thinklodge.com.

Who uses ThinkLodge

ThinkLodge is a property services platform used by homeowners to submit and track service warranty requests, and by service warranty professionals — Service Representatives, Trade Partners, and Service Technicians — to manage those Homeowner Requests and the Work Items performed under them. Professional accounts are issued by an authorized administrator. Homeowner accounts are created when a service warranty request is initiated.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, account credentials, and role.

  • Operational information: Homeowner Requests, Work Items, assignments, comments, and communications generated through the platform.

  • Communications preferences: your selections for in-app, email, and SMS notifications, including SMS consent records.

  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, via standard server logs and cookies.

How we use information

  • Provide and operate the ThinkLodge platform.

  • Communicate with you about Homeowner Requests, Work Items, assignments, schedule changes, account activity, and product updates.

  • Send SMS messages you have opted into.

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

SMS Messaging

ThinkLodge offers transactional SMS account notifications to customers who opt in. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect and process your mobile phone number and SMS consent status solely for the purpose of sending you the notifications you requested.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

SMS-specific data may be shared with our SMS service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide messaging services.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@thinklodge.com.

Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

How we share information

  • Service providers: vendors who host our infrastructure, send transactional emails, deliver SMS messages on our behalf (Microsoft Azure Communication Services), or provide analytics — bound by contract to use your information only as we direct.

  • Operational counterparties: account information and request details are shared with the parties involved in fulfilling service work — homeowners receive updates about their requests; professionals receive details about the requests assigned to them.

  • Legal: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide platform services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for the lifetime of the account plus four years after consent revocation or account closure.

Your choices

  • Email: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails about your account cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

  • SMS: reply STOP to any message, or toggle SMS off in Notification Preferences.

  • Account information: view and update through your account, or contact your ThinkLodge administrator.

Children's privacy

ThinkLodge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.
