Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details — ThinkLodge does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply to all incoming and outgoing texts.

How to opt in

Opt-in to ThinkLodge SMS updates happens inside your ThinkLodge account, not on this page. When you submit your mobile number — for example, while registering as a homeowner, creating a service request, or updating your profile — you will see a consent checkbox alongside the following disclosure:

I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from ThinkLodge regarding my service warranty at the mobile number provided. I understand that consent is not a condition of any purchase, that message frequency varies, and that message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Checking that box is what enables SMS updates for your account. You can also manage your SMS preferences at any time under Notification Preferences in your account settings.
